Little Tactician

This is Sonja from Advance Wars, the young CO from Yellow Comet. Her trademark quirks are how she holds military intelligence to be paramount in war. She used to be pretty gimped as a CO, given how her only real advantages were hidden unit HP, and the ability to see further than most in Fog of War, all aggravated by an inexplicable rash of artificial bad luck she was endowed with, but she's seeing much better days in Dual Strike-- she now has the ability to reduce enemy units' terrain defense bonuses by one star.

Now if only Lash hadn't been so powered down.
